Lisa Urness
With experience in the counselling industry since 2014, I’m proud to be a part of the vibrant Red Deer community. I started my career at Primary Care Network, working with adults, teenagers, and facilitating educational groups. In 2020, I ventured into private practice and have since worked with teenagers, adults, and sports teams. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, two young girls, and dog (Rupert). I enjoy outdoor adventures, golfing, snowboarding, running, and connecting with friends and loved ones.
